Tari Owi is the Program Director for the Marcus Stroke Network and the Administrator for the Emory Neurology Practice at Grady’s Marcus Stroke and Neuroscience Center. She is responsible for faculty affairs, financial management, program operations, and service line development. Prior to her current role she was a business operations manager for the Emory Brain Health Center and an Administrative Fellow at Emory Healthcare. Prior to her time at Emory, Tari worked as an Analyst at Thomson Reuters (now IBM) Healthcare & Science consulting group. Tari also worked for the Director of Health Information Exchange at the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) for Health Information Technology in the Office of the Secretary at the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

Tari completed her graduate training at the Harvard School of Public Health and graduated from Yale College with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science with an Interdisciplinary Concentration in Health Politics & Policy.
