The purpose of the Talent and Diversity Best Practices Summit is to discuss the ways in which diversity relates to the Talent Cycle (i.e., recruitment, development, and retention). This half-day educational event is designed to help companies maximize the talents and skills of current employees, and highlights best practices for recruiting a diverse workforce.
