Clif is a twenty five year veteran of the hospitality industry and has broad experience in total quality management, learning, talent management and human resources leadership functions. He is currently the Americas Corporate Director, Talent & Performance for IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group). In this role, he is responsible for driving performance across the talent development and performance agenda for both hotel and corporate functions across the Americas region. Within his remit, he also looks after corporate learning and diversity & inclusion for the Americas. Prior to joining IHG, he served in senior human resources leadership roles for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Omni Hotels & Resorts and West Paces Hotels Group. Clif has served on the board for the Georgia Center for Performance Excellence and has served as an Advisory Board member for Hotel & Restaurant Management program for the University of Alabama. He is currently a board member with an Atlanta-based consulting firm, Performance Solutions by Design.
