Nichole Miles-Sullivan’slife’swork is to inspire people to reach their full potential through tapping into the power of story. She shares her life’s learnings and insights through dynamic and engaging talks that leave audiences motivated and empowered. Closest to her heart are topics of leadership, diversity, social justice, and inclusion.
Currently, Nichole serves as Director of Customer Care Center Operations for Southern Company Gas, a leading natural gas energy provider headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Nichole invests her time building and leading a team of customer care teams in two states that serve 2.3 million residential and commercial customers. Before serving in thiscapacity, she spent 15 years working in a variety of cross-functional positionswith increasing responsibility including accounting, fleet operations, and field operations. Nichole began her career in corporate America with AT&T providing service to the Capital Planning business unit during her six year tenure with the telecommunications provider.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Nichole and her family have made a home in Atlanta, Georgia. She actively supports a variety of non-profit organizations, including the United Way of Greater Atlanta, serving a two year term as chair of the board of the organization’s African American Partnership(and board member for five years). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Paine College.
