Michael Stephens is the Director of Human Resources for the international law firm of Alston & Bird LLP. Alston & Bird has more than 1700 lawyers and employees in eleven offices and has been recognized by Fortune Magazine for the past continuous 18 years on their annual list of the “100 Best Companies To Work for in America.”
Michael serves on the Firm’s National Diversity & Inclusion Committee and also serves on the Association of Legal Administrators Diversity & Inclusion Committee where he speaks on law firm diversity to chapters across the country. He received his BS degree from Florida State University and has also received Human Resources training through the Stern School of Business at New York University and the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
Michael is currently on the Board of Directors for the Historic Oakland Cemetery and in his free time he enjoys international travel, running, community service, and Florida State Football.
