Scarlet Pressley-Brown is currently the Director of Diversity for Dentons, the largest law firm in the world. In this capacity, Pressley-Brown is responsible for advancing the Firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion and establishing Dentons as a diversity leader among law firms. With a focus on initiatives that bolster inclusivity, Ms. Pressley-Brown creates an all-encompassing environment where attorneys, professionals and staff can comfortably engage authenticity and reach their full potential. For the past three years, Ms. Brown served as the Interim Chair for SCLC/Women, Inc. (founded by Civil Rights Activist Dr. Evelyn Gibson Lowery, wife of Rev. Dr. Joseph Lowery). As interim chair, Pressley-Brown embraced the organizational mission to empower women, strengthen families, and provide leadership and guidance for our youth. Previously, Pressley-Brown served as the VP of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships for the Center for Civil & Human Rights, playing an integral role in the grand opening of the new Atlanta landmark. Prior to that, Pressley-Brown served 13 years as Director of Community Affairs for Delta Air Lines & VP of the Delta Air Lines Foundation. Ms. Pressley-Brown is also CEO of Sincerely Scarlet, LLC, providing unique public speaking savvy and live video narration.

Pressley-Brown has received the Executive Leadership Award from Atlanta Medical Association, “Outstanding Georgia Citizen Award”, Drum Major for Justice Award, named one of “Atlanta’s Top Black Women of Influence” by ABL, “High Heels in High Places Award (Trumpet Awards Foundation), “Transportation Achievement” Award from Atlanta Urban League Guild, Pinnacle Award from Delta Sigma Theta, Outstanding Community Leader Award – Atlanta Hawks, Diversity in Leadership Award – 100 Black Men/New York, Excellence in Business Award from ITC; and featured on the covers of Atlanta Tribune, Who’s Who in Black Atlanta, and Business to Business magazines. Pressley-Brown received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Oglethorpe University, MBA from University of Phoenix, Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt-Georgia State University, International Leadership Training–Manchester College/Oxford, England. Scarlet is married to Wendell Brown, with five children, April, Amber (Jason), Keisha, Wendell, Jr. & Dexter, and two granddaughters, Ryan and Riley.
