Effectively Working Across Generational Gaps in the Workplace
Representing more than half of all employees in the U.S., millennials (roughly ages 18-34), are a growing but still largely misunderstood generation. Meanwile, Baby Boomers (roughly ages 51-69) are starting to feel more reluctant to retire from jobs they are passionate about and/or need. This educational segment seeks to spark a conversation to be more inclusive of the diverse constantly growing generational gaps in the workplace.
