Operations Manager, Customer Solutions Unit

As Operations Manager, Customer Solutions Unit at AIG, Luke is responsible for improving the customer experience through process and procedural improvements as they relate to complaint handling and escalated service matters. In this role, Luke works with policy development, system deployment, reporting and working cross functionally with teams globally, utilizing the power and benefits of diversity and inclusion. Previous to this role, Luke has held multiple positions at AIG, including Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer.

Prior to joining AIG, Luke earned his Master’s degree in Public Health from Emory University and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Dakota in Chemistry and Psychology.
